Gas barbecues are available free of charge at any time at the centre of the resort. They are located between the lake and the outdoor pool. The light switch for the barbecue area is on the South-East corner post (closest to the indoor heated pool) of the gazebo. Utensils can be found in your kitchen.

Note: No cooking equipment to be brought in to rooms / apartments, i.e. – BBQ’s, smokers, hibachi grills etc.

Please keep the white bath towels for use within the suites only. Coloured towels are provided via a pool towel voucher handed out on check in, for use as a second towel when swimming and they may be exchanged when necessary at the Facilities Room opposite the Café or at the Reception desk.

If you are bringing your push bike with you, we have a bike storage area available. Let our staff know you want to store your bike (access between 7.30am and 8.30pm) and our team will ensure your bike is locked away and safe during your stay – all you have to do is bring your own lock! Dial EXT 81 from your room to have Reception open the storage unit for you.

Please note that only Beachfront Apartments have assigned parking bays. If you are not staying in a Beachfront Apartment, we kindly ask that you do not park in these designated bays, as they are reserved for the exclusive use of those guests.

There are many unassigned parking bays available throughout the Resort for general guest use, which are typically located within a reasonable distance of your accommodation.

During peak periods, increased vehicle numbers on site may mean that the nearest available parking space is slightly further away than usual.

We respectfully request that guests and visitors do not park in any parking bay assigned to another guest.

Ample parking is available at the South (road entry) end of the property for visitors to the Resort and for guests requiring additional parking.

Your cooperation in parking your vehicle correctly and ensuring that your visitors do likewise is greatly appreciated.

The children’s playground is located at the beach end of the property.The equipment is designed for children under 12 and should not be used by adults or older children.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary use of our Bocce equipment and Outdoor Cricket Sets during their stay.

Equipment can be collected from Reflections Café and must be booked prior to use. A small refundable deposit will be charged to your room at the time of collection and will be removed upon the safe return of all equipment.

Please refrain from feeding the ducks near the Café or the pools to avoid the ducks becoming aggressive or a nuisance.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

For admittance and/or assistance in operating the gym equipment please direct enquiries to Reflections. The gymnasium equipment includes electrically driven equipment moving parts and heavy weights that may be dangerous to young children

Laundry facilities are provided in each of our 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments. Guests staying in our 1 Bedroom Apartments and Studio Spa Suites may access the 24-hour Guest Laundry located on the ground floor of the East (Café) side of the Resort.

For dry cleaning and professional laundry services, guests may utilise our local external provider, The Laundry Room. For enquiries or bookings, please contact them directly at hello@laundryroomwa.com.au or call (08) 9756 7077. Reception will also be happy to assist with providing further information if required.

Luggage may be stored in the luggage room adjacent to Reception.

Paths within the Resort are specifically for pedestrian, pram and wheelchair use.The use of roller blades, scooters and skate boards is not permitted due to pedestrian safety. Careful, low speed cycling is permitted but not on the long central ramp leading to the Atrium. Bicycles are expected to give way.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The sauna is a dry sauna. Sauna bookings can be made at Reflections. When not in use, the sauna is in stand-by mode and can be restored to operate and heat by the push button on the wall to the right-hand side of the sauna door. For assistance in operating the sauna please direct enquiries to the staff at Reflections.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in all pools and pool enclosures.

The pools at the resort are provided for the enjoyment of all our guests. We kindly ask you to refrain from running, jumping or splashing excessively whilst in the pool area and be mindful that any anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Bottles and glasses are not permitted to avoid the possibility of broken glass. Please dry yourself after swimming before re-entering buildings.

Opening and closing times:

• The indoor heated pool is normally available to guests between 7.30am and 8.30pm (unless locked or marked as closed).
• The outdoor swimming pools are available between 8.30am and sunset in season (unless marked as closed)

Tennis Court:

Court bookings, racquets, and tennis balls are available from Reflections Café. A small refundable deposit will be charged to your room at the time of collection and removed upon the safe return of all equipment.

The tennis courts are half-court size and are normally unlocked. If they are locked, gate keys are available from Reflections. For the protection of the court surface, non-marking tennis shoes must be worn at all times.

Squash Court:

Squash racquets and balls are available from Reflections Café. A small refundable deposit will be charged to your room at the time of collection and removed upon the safe return of all equipment.

Squash court bookings can be made through Reflections. Reflections staff will check footwear requirements and operate the light and fan controls for the squash court. For the protection of the court surface, white-soled, non-marking shoes must be worn by all players.
