About Your Stay

Check-in is anytime from 2pm, and we’re open 24 hours a day, so don’t worry if you’re arriving late.
Due to regional and statewide hospitality staffing shortages, we might on occasion not have your room ready by 2pm.

We will, as always, do our best to have your room ready by 2:00pm. However, we cannot allow guests to check in until the room meets Abbey Beach Resort’s standards. Occasionally, unavoidable delays may occur, but our team will always work hard to keep these to a minimum. 

If your room is not quite ready upon your arrival, please feel free to make use of our resort facilities while you wait. Our team will keep you updated and notify you as soon as your room is ready for check-in.

Departure time is 10.00 am

Late departures can be organised free of charge till 11.00am, $30 till 12.00pm and $60 till 5.00pm upon request and subject to availability.

Baggage can be stored at reception if you are leaving later in the day.

For early departures, you may wish to settle your account the previous day. Express check out is available, please contact Reception.

Please be advised that the Resort is a now a cashless venue across all outlets.

Room Charge, Eftpos ( no cash out), and all major credit cards are accepted in all outlets across the Resort.

We offer our guests complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi access across all room types throughout the Resort. Instructions on how to connect to our Wi-Fi are available from Reception and can also be found in the Welcome Letter provided upon your arrival.

This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, apartments, balconies, and resort buildings.

Management reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of $500 for any smoking-related incidents within guest rooms, apartments, balconies, or resort buildings. Additional charges may apply where excessive cleaning, deodorising, damage repair, or loss of revenue is incurred due to a room being unavailable for incoming guests as a result of smoke odour or contamination.

Whenever possible please conduct general business during office hours. Reception is staffed throughout the night for your security.

• Laundry detergent ($1 per container of powder)
• Flowers from Yallingup Flower Co. (subject to availability – a minimum of 48 hours notice required to order for delivery)

The tariff is dependent upon the number of guests accommodated in a unit. Guests are required to make the necessary arrangements with Reception before any additional persons are accommodated in their unit.

Guests who have moderate numbers of non-staying visitors are welcome to entertain them within the Resort but the non-staying visitors must be accompanied by their hosting guest when they are utilizing recreational facilities within the Resort.
