- Locks & Privacy
The electronic door locks provided for your added security are fitted with a lever on the room side that may be activated to enable guests to select absolute privacy if required.
The privacy latch is activated when it is in the vertical position
Please note that your suite cannot be serviced or any maintenance performed if the privacy lock is on.
- Security After Hours
The hotel building is normally locked between 10pm and 6am, but when locked the doors from the driveway side may be accessed by means of the room access magnetic swipe card.
- Security of Room & Contents
Please ensure that all doors to your suite, including the entry door and balcony door (where applicable), are securely locked each time you leave. Guests are responsible for the security of their suite, its contents, and any charges incurred on the room account until final departure.
Should you wish to store valuables, a secure Resort safe is available. Please note that access to the safe is only available during normal business operating hours. Guests requiring this service should contact Reception for assistance.
