In-Room Telephone Services

The telephone handset is normally located adjacent to the television. If you are staying in an apartment and would prefer the handset to be placed in the master bedroom, please contact Reception. Subject to availability, we may be able to relocate the handset or provide an additional handset for your convenience.

• To make an external call, simply lift the handset and dial the required telephone number. No additional prefix is required.

• Atrium Restaurant Dial 667
• Reflections Café Dial 410

Charges for external calls made from your room telephone will be billed directly to your room account.

Please note that calls to Australian Free call numbers (1800) may incur a local call charge when made through the Resort’s telephone system.

Mobile phone coverage varies throughout the region and may be limited depending on your service provider. As coverage is provided by external telecommunications networks, any service interruptions or reception issues are outside the Resort’s control.
